Hi, friends. I have finally made the decision to make this Flex Application be a demo to show the powerful drag functions and some unknown features of XML class in ActionScript3.0. You will aslo get to know how to write components using OOP. I'm sure you will enjoy it.

First, let me give you a brif introduction about this application. It's an hospitabl system, as you can see above, there are two buldings. They are "West Building" and "East Building". In each building there are more than one floors and some rooms in each floor. Now one room may have one patient or be empty. The boss give us a job to drag one patient from one room to another room. The two rooms may be in different floors and may be in different buildings. That's what this demo does. And of course you can see some easy functions which are used to help the operators to find the exact patient.

In this demo you will able to learn the flowing knowledge:

1. How to write components using OOP.
2. How to search XML data using the releated functions.
3. How to enable a component dragable and acceptable for drag objects.
4. How to use data binding in Flex.
5. How to parse XML using ActionScript3.0.
